Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles Volumes

Volume 1
Sakura and Syaoran return!
But they’re not the people you know. Sakura is the princess of Clow—and possessor of a mysterious, misunderstood power that promises to change the world. Syaoran is her childhood friend and leader of the archaeological dig that took his father’s life. They reside in an alternate reality . . . where whatever you least expect can happen—and does. When Sakura ventures to the dig site to declare her love for Syaoran, a puzzling symbol is uncovered—which triggers a remarkable quest. Now Syaoran embarks upon a desperate journey through other worlds—all in the name of saving Sakura.

Volume 2
A world of modern mecha and magic
Syaoran, Fay, Kurogane, and Mokona venture to the Hanshin Republic to find one of the missing pieces of Sakura’s memory, transformed into magically powerful feathers. There, Syaoran meets his “Kudan”: a fierce wolf-spirit whose fiery power mirrors Syaoran’s personal strength. But with foes like a pop idol who sings words of pain, Syaoran’s hunt for feathers is no child’s game! Even if he finds the feather, will Sakura ever wake up from her magical sleep? And since Syaoran bargained away their relationship in a pact with a witch, can their love ever return to the way it was?

Volume 3
Can pure determination defeat a master magician?
Sakura is awake, but she remembers almost nothing–certainly not Syaoran, who has sacrificed everything to help her. Only a few independent-minded stragglers remain to battle for control of their own lives. Fay, the lone magician in the group, traded his magical powers to the dimension witch, xxxHOLiC’s Yûko, before the journey started. Without a weapon with which to fight, can the extraordinary group of friend’s defeat a master magician who can control the Earth’s elements?

Syaoran and his band of outrageous friends–affable Fay D. Will they finally uncover the truth behind the legend of Princess Emerald? And will they recover another fragment of Sakura’s lost memory?

Volume 6
Be careful when the sun goes down!
Syaoran, Sakura, and their companions travel to Ôto, a country where cherry blossoms perfume the days and demons called Onii terrorise the nights. To earn funds, the foursome split up to hunt the wicked creatures. Soon they learn that a new type of Onii has appeared–one that is both mysterious and beautiful . . . and rumoured to control the other demons! Seishirô’s first objective is to kill Fay, beloved wizard and one of Syaoran’s closest companions. Does Syaoran, who is just beginning his training, have any hope of surviving their inevitable battle?

Volume 8

The quest takes Syaoran’s odd bunch to a jungle world where helpless creatures are being terrorised by a sacrifice-demanding beast. Volume 11
Riding on the wings of a dragonfly
The Dragonfly Race is set to begin in Piffle World, and the prize for one lucky lightweight aircraft pilot is an amazingly powerful battery in the shape of a feather. And Sakura’s feather isn’t the only ting at stake. Can the travellers still win the race and discover who’s behind the booby traps before it’s too late?

Volume 13
This book’s a real trip!

Syaoran, the princess’s young but fierce defender, is awe-struck by this new world’s enormous library. But when he opens one of the books, he is suddenly whisked away to a different dimension–a rough, barbaric place that resembles medieval Japan.
