When I was around 10 years old, the American dubbed version of Cardcaptor Sakura was released in the UK. I loved the series although I was unable to watch some of the episodes due to school. I still loved the series but never had the time to watch it again. In the summer of 2006, I managed to get networking for my computer enabling me to watch stuff on youtube. One day, I found myself on Youtube watching a TV series when I stumbled across the Cardcaptor Sakura episodes, and thus started watching the series.

When I was looking around on the internet, I found some Cardcaptor Sakura fansite’s on the internet and this inspired me to make my very own fansite. As a beginner, I started out on Tripod although I found it very annoying to work yet I still worked my hardest in order to get my fansite up and running.

At first I knew very little about HTML and as I continued working on my fansite, I started to learn more about HTML and layouts. I was on Tripod for about a two months until, I applied to be affiliates with Sakura loves God and Saffy, the owner, asked me if I wanted my site to be hosted by her. I accepted her offer and I decided that I wanted to work very hard on CCF. Thank you so much, Saffy.

I called my site Cardcaptors Forever since I don't really have a very good imagination but since Cardcaptors Forever hadn’t been used as a fansite name before, I thought it would be a good name. Even today, I do not feel like changing the name and I am hoping that CCF will be around for a while.

In 2007, I purchased my very own domain called Eternal-flight.net. After much thought, I decided to move CCF to my domain in December 2008. Thank you Saffy for hosting CCF for almost 2 years. One day, I wish to purchase a domain for CCF although at the moment, it will be hosted on my domain.

I love working on CCF and having a site about my favourite Anime has been a great experience. I hope to keep CCF open for as long as I can and add more content as I can. Thank you to everyone that has helped me over the years.
